No way: You can not eliminate bacteria on the skin. A very high concentration or the presence of certain more pathogenic bacteria can be problematic. In those cases we use anti-bacterial agents such as antibiotics (topically and/or orally) to treat them. Additionally , the use of other topical anti-microbial agents can be helpful to limit the offending bacteria.
