my arm is warm at night and my elbow is ice cold?

Changes in perceived: temperature of an extremity (arm, leg) most often have something to do with blood supply or nerve perception.   There could be inflammation or obstruction to small blood vessels supplying the arm and elbow, or problems with nerves disrupting how temperature is perceived in the arm--neuropathy. Start with your PCP; a referral to a neurologist likely may be needed. Good wishes:)

from 50 days ago i have weakness and pain in fingers, forearm & elbow. recently when i wash my hand with cold or warm water, i feel pain in hand. thnx?

Be seen: If you are having weakness in your arm, particularly if it is profound, I would be seen immediately to determine the cause and to make sure it is not something that at progress to the point of losing use of that arm.  Be seen.

Elbow sensation: pinched nerve---in cervical spine or in the arm---need to have more information---follow up with your doctor  for further eval or referral

Infection: abnormally warm, tender areas on the skin usually indicate infection.   it needs visual inspection to help narrow down cause and treat appropriately.

i get a sharp pain when i press a particular part of my muscle on my left arm above the elbow, it's also warmer than the other part of the arm.

Possible infection: if you have tenderness and increased warmth in that area, it is possible you may be developing a cellulitis or skin infection. Have you noticed any redness in the area? Have you had any trauma to the area, or an insect bite? Please see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

See a doctor: If the symptoms are persistent , not resolved 1 hour after getting up, you should see a doctor. It could be several reasons, including skin infection, nerve pain etc.

Did : Did you get an mri?  I think an MRI would be helpful to see if there is any sort of mechanical block to your extension such as a loose body (a piece of cartilage that is stuck in the joint).   If your last three fingers are getting numb, this may be sign of an ulnar nerve compression.

when i bend my arms for awhile i feel a slight pain like right under the back of my elbow down to my wrist like running along the side of my forearm. is this a nerve problem? no numb, warm or tingling feeling. but sometimes i have a burning feeling?

35 year old male. my left arm is substantially sore in the region of the bicep and and triceps just above the elbow and the skin in that area is noticeably warm to the touch. i have been getting tingling sensation in my fingers as well. any thoughts?

: Sounds like biceps and triceps muscle strain probably from putting excessive pressure/ weight on them. Best to remove the cause of strain/pressure and relax them. Some warm water compress massage with application of relaxing cream/ muscle relaxants can help. If symptoms persist see PCP.
