diagnosed with bells palsy 6/18/17right side. noticed twitching over left eye 6/30/17 does it mean i'm getting bilateral palsy. are twitches normal?

Not likely: It is highly unlikely that you would develop bilateral Bell's palsy. I assume that you are using refresh pm or some other petroleum based ointment in the right eye several times daily and before bed to protect your cornea. If you do develop it in your left eye, use the ointment there, too and call your doctor.

dislocated my shoulder yesterday again (2nd time) went to the er to put it back in, xray was normal but i have pain (normal) but also muscle twitches!?

are the muscle twitches normal? i do have widespread twitching neuro said bfs after normal emg?

Get checked out: Start with some blood tests ( thyroid function, electrolytes, kidney function etc.) If you have muscle pain or weakness be sure to tell the doctor who orders the tests.

4 days of constant right thigh muscle twitch. now my eye, left calf and arm are twitching randomly. metabolic screen normal. im hydrated, suggestions?

Probably benign: If the initial bloodwork seems to be okay then, that is a good sign. Possibilities for a cause are numerous but could include fatigue, overexertion, increased caffeine or other medication use, new medications or interactions between medications, and of course stress and anxiety  i'd hang in there for a few more days and go about your normal routine. If things escalate talk to your doctor.

is it likely for hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg/day) to cause ongoing, almost nonstop, fasciculations in the calves and feet for 6 months if potassium, magnesium, and vitamin b12 levels are normal? the twitching started a year after the med was started?

Just relax:  May be you just exited or anxious. Just relax yourself!! Drink tea, camomile tea is good. Take a rest. It's not normal, but may happen with anxiety.

Sexual: Arrousal and twitching, blushing can be mediated by the stimulation of the sympathetic nevous system and stress hormones.  Yes it's normal. It can also be self defeating and a relationship barrier.  Sex is part of the journey, but is the only goal for some and that creates internal conflict.

No: One possibility is a condition called restless leg syndrome. An overnight sleep test can determine this and/or other conditions that may be at play. A sleep specialist can then diagnose and recommend the right treatment for your friend.

Depends.. : Localized twitching on one side, usually in just one lip, is fairly common. This tends to go away after a day or two, but it is pretty annoying when it's there. Twitching that involves one side of the mouth, but also the muscles around the eye on that side, is from a different problem. Twitching that is on both sides of the mouth is usually from medications, anxiety, or some metabolic things.

Can most times: Usually due to being tired or not getting enough rest.But if it persists or worsens you could be having a metabolic problem such as low potassium, calcium or magnesium.
