Diagnosed with bells palsy 6/18/17right side. noticed twitching over left eye 6/30/17 does it mean i'm getting bilateral palsy. are twitches normal?

Not likely: It is highly unlikely that you would develop bilateral Bell's palsy. I assume that you are using refresh pm or some other petroleum based ointment in the right eye several times daily and before bed to protect your cornea. If you do develop it in your left eye, use the ointment there, too and call your doctor. Best wishes
