Best to be specific: Multi vitamins add the whole mix. If your counts are low in iron lets say, it is better to  take a supplement like ferrous sulphate to target just that. A long talk with your md will illuminate what is right for you.

Vitamin K antagonist: In medical school, we memorized clotting cascade. Warfarin works by blocking (formation of) vitamin K dependent factors (http://goo.gl/LP1DwM). Therefore, the more vitamin K rich foods eg dark leafy greens that you consume, the greater the dose of warfarin that you'll need. That's why it's also important to eat same am't daily (or none at all) to keep blood thinness just right (as measured by INR)

Yes: Certain vitamins like vitamin e can increase "blood thinning" as can aspirin. Make sure your physician know about these. Some "herbal" drugs can also have this effect- check them out.

Unlikely problem: Vit D levels should best be within the customary accepted range, and sunshine can help, but supplements may be more efficient.  Would suggest you try 800-1200 units vitamin D-3 daily, and check serum level in about 2-3 months.  Should aim for maximal level below 50-70 ng/ml.  Do not try to rush it as the vitamin is fat soluble and needs to distribute.

i had a blood clot 5 months ago and was on thinners. been off thinners for 3 months now, im paranoid now , is there a good vitamin i can take for like a natural blood thinner. is vitamin e good for it?

: I would not recommend any supplement or herbal product to prevent blood clot because it can make you vulnerable to prolonged bleeding unless you have a hereditary condition which makes you at risk for blood clot. In general, above average fluid intake (more than 1.5 liters/day), keep an active life, and avoid medication induced hypercoagulopathy such as contraceptive pill should be enough.

Prune juice: Vitamin K, how much prune juice are you drinking? It would take a lot to alter your INR. One cup has a bit less than 10mcg, that's not much if that's all you are ingesting.

Losartan interaction: The main interaction with Losartan would be taking any large amount of Potassium, which may be a part of your multivitamin. I might also be concerned that you want to take both a multivitamin and a B-complex vitamin. Potential is there for excess B vitamins. 
If possible, have a consultation with your pharmacist to discuss the specific multivitamin and possible interactions.
