I'm diabetic, i'm on tablets metfomi, glucoside blood thinner xholestoral control nd prexum. i want to ask if is it safe to take vitamin d?

Unlikely problem: Vit D levels should best be within the customary accepted range, and sunshine can help, but supplements may be more efficient. Would suggest you try 800-1200 units vitamin D-3 daily, and check serum level in about 2-3 months. Should aim for maximal level below 50-70 ng/ml. Do not try to rush it as the vitamin is fat soluble and needs to distribute.
