I would not recommend any supplement or herbal product to prevent blood clot because it can make you vulnerable to prolonged bleeding unless you have a hereditary condition which makes you at risk for blood clot. In general, above average fluid intake (more than 1.5 liters/day), keep an active life, and avoid medication induced hypercoagulopathy such as contraceptive pill should be enough.
