Is multi vitamins good for low blood count?

Best to be specific: Multi vitamins add the whole mix. If your counts are low in iron lets say, it is better to take a supplement like ferrous sulphate to target just that. A long talk with your md will illuminate what is right for you.

Depends: Depends on why your blood count is low, the most common cause in a young women with heavy mensus is iron defiency anemia in which case taking a multi vitamin with iron will help, though it takes time ( months) . Hope this helps.
