Not able to find: Confirmation.  I found lots of claims online that it can show up, but the botanical information i located on the content on the plant would not support that it could cause positive tests.  Poppy seeds actually do contain tiny amounts of opiates than can cause a positive test if they are consumed in enough quantity.  I do not think there is any established evidence that this can happen.

Saw that online too: But i can find no evidence for it from any scientific source. The chemicals found in the plant do not cross-react with opiate tests.  I do not believe that it chia seeds can cause a false positive, but poppy seeds can cause a true positive for morphine.

Healthy fatty acids: Chia is very high in omega 3 fatty acids, one of the highest non-marine (fish or algae) sources.  The seeds are also high in fiber and antioxidants.  Because of all their health benefits, chia seeds are considered one of the "superfoods".

Chia seeds: This is a flowering plant in the mint family. Its contents are similar to flax or sesame seeds. Unlikely that it would cause palpitations, to my knowledge. You might want to ask your pcp for workup to rule out health issues that could attribute to nervousness.

Caution, check w/ MD: Warfarin (coumadin (warfarin)) is an oral anticoagulant that interferes with Vitamin K associated synthesis of coagulation proteins in the liver. Chia is grown commercially for its seed, a food that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and does not have vitamin K to interfere with coumadin (warfarin).  However, there are case reports of increased bleeding risk in patients using an anticoagulant if also consumed with chia.

Chia Seeds: Chia are seeds from salvia hispanca which grows in the desert. They can be a healthy snack as they contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein ; antioxidants. Chia have calcium, vitamin c, zinc, phosphorous, iron ; potassium.  I don't know of any reason that they would trigger a positive drug test.

: Unlikely. I do not know any reason for Chia seeds to result in a positive drug test. Make sure there are no poppy seeds in your lot of chia seeds.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
