is it safe to give milkshakes (banana , mango etc)  if there is absecess in liver. what diet we give to reduce weakness?

No problem: As long as the gallbladder and pancreas are ok. Good nutrition, regardless of specific diet, is needed. Don't forget physical therapy to build up strength.

Pain meds: If you are taking narcotic pain medications like codeine, vicodin, Percocet can slow your GI tract.  Possibly causing the distention.

Probably not: A 17mm cyst on the ovary, depending on age and the cycle day of the menstrual cycle, is of normal size for a developing ovary follicle (egg). If the cyst has been bleeding or has partially ruptured and drained, then associated pain may be present. Not sure what the banana shaped lump on the abdomen represents.

Bad liver=cirrhosis: people with cirrhosis are are at risk for liver cancer, varices (big veins along the food tube that can rupture and bleed), ascites (fluid in the belly) and encephalopathy (confusion).  any one of those can lead to death, so best to prevent having a 'bad liver'...

Not if dosed right: If taken as prescribed, it will not hurt your liver. If taken improperly (too much, for example) if definitely could. Nyquil contains Acetaminophen (tylenol) which can cause liver damage and even liver failure if overdosed.

Cinnamon : In normal food amounts, cinnamon is safe for anyone. If used in larger doses, some people are sensitive to one type of cinnamon, called cassia cinnamon, and theoretically could have negative effects on the liver. In practical terms, it would be difficult to take that much cinnamon if used only in food amounts. Hope that helps.

Apple cider vinegar?: assuming that's what you mean, no, there is no evidence for it being bad for your liver and indeed, many sources tout it as a 'cleanser' (there is no evidence for that, either).  your GI tract especially if you suffer from heartburn might not thank you for it though, so consume in moderation.

Migraine & food : Migraine headache many triggers and certain foods can be one of these triggers. Keeping a diary will help you determine which specific foods may be triggering your migraine so you know which specific food to avoid.
