Sure: What was blocked once can cetainly become blocked again.  This is particularly true if you were a smoker before and have continued smoking since.  The body's healing process sometimes causes constriction where the bypasses insert which can also be an issue.  I recommend a repeat visit with your doc.

Miay  be back issue: You might have been treated for your vascular problem but it is not uncommon to have both a vascular claudication and a neurogenic one, meaning that you may have 2 problems : vascular and spinal stenosis. You may have felt better for a short period since yoy were recuperating but have your vascular surgeon check you out first and then see a spine specialist.

Can be done. : Reoperative aortic surgery is always significantly harder than the first operation. It's harder for both the surgeon and the patient. However, many problems found  after the initial aortic surgery can be treated with minimally invasive techniques.  Clotted graphs can be declotted blockages can be stented, and other techniques can be employed. Only a small number of patients actually need a completely new operation. Find an experienced vascular surgeon.

Needle biopsy: These procedures are extremely safe. Thousands are done every single day all over the country and the world.  If you are on an anti-coagulant you will need to stop a few days before the procedure.  Talk with your doctor.

Depends: Unless one has a "porcelain" aorta, which is heavily calcified, CABG is possible.  But i would defer to the ct surgeon performing the operation.

Probably: One needs to know want exactly was done as the correction.
What were symptoms and any damage.
Primary suture, subclavian artery patch
dacron patch or replace.
Anyhow, if doing well and healed, can increase activity and get to max.
Some sports are likely to be better than others.
Swimming?
Golf.

No: Coronaries are the arteries directly to the heart.
Aorta goes from heart to the abdomen and divides into iliacs which go toward the legs.

Some coronary grafts start on ascending aorta with veins to distal coronaries.

i have only one artery open feeding my heart, extensive blockages in previous bypass grafts, aorta occluded, pad, and now having pvc's a lot. ?

PVCs/occluded artery: On medication like B blockers or amiodarone or bretyllium( rare), calcium channel blockers?, Check electrolytes ,especially magnesium, potassium, avoid caffeine which is found in coffee, Coke, Pepsi, Mountain dew, tea and energy drinks ,alcohol and smoking. use relaxation  technique.  Discuss radiofrequency ablation  or placement of defibrillator or stents if possible? F/u /w/ cardiologist

Get angiogram: If you have aortoiliac iliac disease an angiogram will help define the anatomy.stent are very effective in this location and are really the first line treatment.  At age 46 with family history , modification of diet and life style are very important. No smoking! Cardiac evaluation with stress test with be added to your work up almost certainly.
