Sure: What was blocked once can cetainly become blocked again. This is particularly true if you were a smoker before and have continued smoking since. The body's healing process sometimes causes constriction where the bypasses insert which can also be an issue. I recommend a repeat visit with your doc.

Yes: You could have recurrent disease or have developed intimal hyperplasia in the graft or at the anastamoses (where the graft is sewn into your vessels). You should see your doctor to plan some tests to see what is going on. There is a good chance it can be treated far less invasively if there is a mechanical reason for the recurrent pain. Good luck!

Yes: Your surgeon will start with an ultrasound and an exam, but you certainly could be having trouble with your aorto-bi-fem. Typically this is a very durable repair, but it can have problems and should be evaluated.
