Miay be back issue: You might have been treated for your vascular problem but it is not uncommon to have both a vascular claudication and a neurogenic one, meaning that you may have 2 problems : vascular and spinal stenosis. You may have felt better for a short period since yoy were recuperating but have your vascular surgeon check you out first and then see a spine specialist.

Possibly: An aorto-bifemoral bypass is a pretty durable procedure. However, they can fail. If so, the symptoms will return. If the symptoms just returned recently, the graft can be cleaned out and fixed if it failed.
