PTSD: I first suggest checking with your md for medication management.  Then a psychologist skilled in helping you with ptsd and your other symptoms may help.

More meds: You take meds for psychosis for a reason! you need further adjustments with meds.
Some meds for psychosis such as Abilify or Haldol or Geodon (ziprasidone) do actually increase physical restlessness which makes you look like an anxious person. Benadryl or Cogentin or Artane are good for this. Another is to decrease meds dosages. Also Lexapro at high dosages same as many ssri can cause the same increase in anxiety.

Viagra (sildenafil): Your other medications may not directly interact with Viagra, (sildenafil) but there always is the potential for interaction with medications metabolized by the liver.  I would focus now on good control of your psychiatric symptoms and stabilization of your conditions before adding another medication to your regimen.

No.: Psychosis is not seen in anxiety disorders or panic disorders. Overdose or interactions of bubropion or maoi to treat atypical depression may sometimes cause psychosis. A bout of severe depression or mania may trigger some psychotic symptoms. Some panic or anxiety may be experienced by patients with mood disorders or psychotic disorders, but are not the causes of psychosis.

Not necessary: Every medication has side effects. You will not know if you have that side effect or not without taking it. Manufacturers have to list every single side effect that people may have experienced for legal reasons that means even if only 1% got that side effect they list it. The likelihood of you getting that side effect though is very slim.

Problems: 1: You need to have your doctor refer you to a Psychologist to overcome your depression. You may need to be referred to a Neurologist.
Your primary doctor must evaluate you regarding your Hashimoto's.
