See a psychiatrist: If you think that your anxiety is turning into psychosis, that is a possibility if the anxiety represented the prodrome to a psychotic illness. Please see a psychiatrist for this as soon as possible and also undergo a full physical examination laboratory tests to look for physical causes. Good luck to you and your recovery.
