More meds: You take meds for psychosis for a reason! you need further adjustments with meds. Some meds for psychosis such as Abilify or Haldol or Geodon (ziprasidone) do actually increase physical restlessness which makes you look like an anxious person. Benadryl or Cogentin or Artane are good for this. Another is to decrease meds dosages. Also Lexapro at high dosages same as many ssri can cause the same increase in anxiety.
