Yes: But i will recommend to get a holter test and an ekg if you haven't done it to r/o a real arrhythmia or conduction abnormality. Also avoid excess of coffe, energy drinks and if other symptoms like headaches, sweating, heat intolerance, tremors are present get a thyroid test. Stay hydrated and eat healthy.

can i use propranolol 40 mg for anxiety 1 hour befor stressful situation because i had symptoms of anxiety despite using indral 10 mg ?

Try a small increase: Propranolol is the generic name for the trade name drug Inderal.  It works for anxiety by blocking heart receptors that normally act to speed up the heart which can be particularly stimulated during stress/anxiety.  The problem with higher doses of propranolol, is it can lower blood pressure if up-titrated too fast which can cause dizziness and possibly one to pass out.

: Based on your post, it is not feasible to answer precisely.  But, yes, your symptoms could be provoked by stress, yet could also be the coincidental onset of an organic systemic problem, and there are many illnesses which could present with your symptom constellation.  If this is persistent, best to see your doctor ASAP.

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Could be: It is not entirely clear to me what you are asking. Anxiety can present itself in many different ways and is exacerbated by stressful events. The feeling "giddy" makes me  wonder about a mood  disorder. Hopefully you are seeing a psychiatrist and or therapist. Perhaps they can help you sort out the specifics of the way you feel.

Your doc may look at your a1c, glucose, or order glucose tolerance test for additional information.  "the low blood sugar solution" by mark hyman may be helpful also.  Watch your carbs.
