The best i know: Yoga has been doccumented to help reduce anxiety, stress and even bloop pressure.Find the style of yoga that focuses on slow breathing, slow stretches, and relaxation. Check your blood pressure 3 times on different days.If it is truely elevated, you must see your doctor.

Exercise: There are some natural medications but exercise works the best, just not late at night or it would keep you up. Valerian, passion flower, passion flower, meadow sweet, and ginkgo biloba have sometimes been tried as well as st. John's wort but i really don't think any work very well. Try to do se aerobic exercise 30 min daily!
