Related?: I am not sure they are related. Are you taking any new meds? ARe you taking to much caffeine?
Are  you experiencing any life changing event?
Would think about what else is going on in your life as this does not sound like the cause!

Another good reason: This is another good reason to never smoke anything again. Inhaling the byproducts of burning organic material, plus whatever other chemical substances have been added, is plain unhealthy. If one has quit smoking, and he exhales (breathes out) but no longer sees smoke coming out, then there is no fire in the lungs.

Pleurisy: You are describing what seems to be pleurisy or pleuritis, which is the irritation of the lining of your lungs. It is usually due to inflammation either due to a viral cause or other irritants. It should not last very long. If it continues to worsen or causes significant shortness of breathe you may need to be evaluated to make sure it is not anything else.

That is possible: Anxiety symptoms can include  chest tightness, breathing more rapidly, feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (especially in neck, shoulders ; back), poor quality or minimal sleep, lack of concentration ; easy fatiguability. Lump in throat or butterfly in stomach sensation can occur.

Severe anxiety: Yes there are helpful meds for severe anxiety -- and selecting effective ones depends on what type of anxiety you have.  Ssri's will not stop your lungs from working.  Valium that you're taking can help anxiety but it's best not to use it long-term.  Buspar (buspirone) may help.  If anxiety is psychotic, appropriate medications for this situation.  Cognitive behavioral therapy may be best for long-term.

SSRI & therapy: Xanax (alprazolam) helps anticipatory anxiety but usually doesn't control panic attacks. Treatment usually consists of a ssri & cognitive therapy. Consult with a psychiatrist who treats panic disorder.

hi, i stopped smoking pot for like a week now and im experiencing weird pain where are my lung and im making anxiety is that normal ?

Anxiety/lung pain?: If you felt relaxed when you smoked pot, it would be expected that you would have increased anxiety after you stop smoking it.  Pain in the lungs?   If you smoked a lot, you might not have been aware of the pain in your lungs that you now experience.  The pain could also be caused by anxious contractions. The If the pain persist, it would be wise to see a physician and perhaps a lung specialist.
