Anxiety and exercise: It is normal considering an upsurge in the use of these muscles, though it may help the anxiety a great deal.

Don't overbreathe: Normal breathing is relaxed and not too fast. Overbreathing or hyperventilation syndrome may cause chest pains or tenderness, shortness of breath, or wheezing. Meditative breathing (e.g., herbert benson's "relaxation response") is helpful.

Deep breathing: U might be breathing too rapidly or hyperventilating. Slow your breathing rate and symptoms subside.
