Non-surgical: Active surveillance usually means following a cancer patient on a regular basis with medical visits to be examined, blood/urine tests, radiologic (x-ray +/or ultrasound) studies + possibly biopsies. Used in urology for instance to hopefully avoid radical prostatectomy in patients with low grade prostate cancer, or to hopefully avoid major abdominal surgery (node dissection) with testicular cancer.

Many things: How long has this been going on?  Do you feel sick?  Fever?  Other symptoms.?  Depends on your age and risk factors.  You could have liver and or gallbladder disease.  You could just have a common virus.  You may have many kinds or stomach ailments from gastritis to ulcers and more.  You could have some type of obstructive process in your GI tract.  You should be seen and evaluated.

Walk or bike: One way to fit more activity into your busy life is to walk or bike to work & back, rather than take the car or some form of public transportation. Or take stairs up rather than wait for elevator. Or park further away. Try exercising while watching tv. Good luck in what you can do.
