Lifestyle choices: 1) associate yourself with positive, energetic, active people. 2) keep your life, environment, and schedule simple, clean, and uncluttered. 3) avoid/eliminate drugs, alcohol, tobacco, junk food, process food, sugar, and over-eating - if you have a problem with this try support groups such as narcanon, overeaters anonymous, etc. 4) do things that make you happy AND keep you active this is a start!
