Many things: How long has this been going on? Do you feel sick? Fever? Other symptoms.? Depends on your age and risk factors. You could have liver and or gallbladder disease. You could just have a common virus. You may have many kinds or stomach ailments from gastritis to ulcers and more. You could have some type of obstructive process in your GI tract. You should be seen and evaluated.
