Hypotony: If the eye pressure is too low, as sometimes after trauma or surgery, the anterior chamber may collapse and this is hyoptony.

Part of the system: The anterior chamber separates the cornea from the lens, both of which work together to focus light onto the retina.  The anterior chamber is full of clear fluid called aqueous humor, which is important for the health of the cornea.

Not related: Dry eyes is a separate disease to be treated usually with topical drops and even restasis. However if you have a shallow anterior chamber a prophylactic laser iridotomy must be done to prevent angle closure.

Anterior disc: Disc plication is an option. Or removal if the disc is damaged too much.

Embryonic variant: These are actually quite common. Painless, hard and small lumps in front of the earlobe. Commonly either a cyst or cartilage material. Usually it is something that you are born with but shows up later in life. To be safe, have it seen by a doc, preferably an ENT specialist. They can remove it if there are any concerns. Best !

Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure.

i have unexplained swelling in the left front of my left ankle. i have been checked for dvt and venous insufficiency but dont have either. i have had extensive blood work done cbc inflammation lymphoma leukemia but all have come back normal?

: What you describe seems to be a localized swelling. You have had extensive work up but I wonder if an ankle MRI was done.

i have a red bumpy circular shaped rash on the front of my neck. the outer part of the rash is more inflammed and looks a bit like a ring. it is about 2-3 inches across in diameter.

Ask your question: again and attach a PHOTO....it sounds a bit like RINGWORM  which is a fungal skin infection easily treated with an antifungal cream!

Both supinate: The Tibialis Posterior is a large tendon that has extensive insertions in the plantar medial foot.  This tendon lifts the medial arch.  The Tibialis Anterior inserts of the top of the foot, decelerating the foot on heel strike and assisting in supination of the foot.  As far as I am concerned, all muscles and tendons are interconnected in function.  If one is ailing, the others have to work harder
