Depends on reaction: Insect bites can cause a variety of reactions, ranging from infections, mild allergic reactions, serious allergic reactions, and "toxin" reactions (but rarely fatal.) what should be done depends on which of these reactions is occurring. Swelling & a pimple could indicate an infection and/or an allergic reaction. Infections can worsen quickly so suspicions for this should be checked by your doctor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests herpes infection. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Hydrocortisone cream: Apply Hydrocortisone cream which is available over the counter, this will control itching. Keep clean and protected. Healing will occur but it has to :run it's course".

Bug bite: If I had to guess I'd say its a bug bite because itching is not a major characteristic of a pimple.

I wouldn't: Fire ants inject carbolic acid which gives rise to a sterile (not pus) cloudy blistering. Leave it alone &amp; the body will usually process the blister over time &amp; heal it. Pop it  &amp; you open the skin to any nearby germs that could invade/infect.

Tiny: Tiny red marks with inflammation, no pus, no drainage, their bites are too small, but if it gets infected, can cause complications.

A : A brown recluse bite can have different appearances. There can be almost no signs of the bite or there can be a dark escar (scab) with surrounding white tissue (that is dead). In some cases the brown recluse's bite can be necrotoxic and cause very severe damage. It can large amounts of skin to die and can eat into the muscle as well. This type of reaction is usually associated with fever, muscle and joint pain and feeling very ill.  I can not diagnose the cause of your symptoms. Brown recluses are actually very little and non-descript looking.  If your skin is sloughing off your finger - do recommend that this be medically evaluated.

Insect bites?: I would put insect bites at the top of my list.  An OTC antihistamine cream will help.  If they are bites, they will go away over the next several days.

Red skin lesion: Without a picture, it is difficult to say. Is the spot uniform, of]R does it look like a "target?" Is it flat, or raised? While it could represent a reaction to the ant bites, the proximity to your injection site is worrisome. I would bring it to the attention of your treating physician.
