Should i pop a fire ant bite? its 4 days old and looks like a pus filled pimple on foot. sore to touch.

I wouldn't: Fire ants inject carbolic acid which gives rise to a sterile (not pus) cloudy blistering. Leave it alone & the body will usually process the blister over time & heal it. Pop it & you open the skin to any nearby germs that could invade/infect.
