Migraine: Migraines can wax and wane, but the consensus is that this is a chronic condition.  Drink lots of water, rise and bed the same time.  Get lots of exercise and consider some relaxation exercises and meditation.  If your migraines your having lately seem different or have additional suggestions, i'd suggest a visit to your doctor for an exam and additional history.
