Severity and cause: Symptoms will depend on the severity of the anemia and the cause of the anemia. When your hemoglobin is significantly low-you can feel fatigue, tired, some dizziness, lack of energy, chest pain/discomfort, shortness of breath, fainting etc. If only mild-sometimes, you won;t have any symptom-except mild fatigue perhaps. The treatment will depend on the cause of anemia. So, important to know why.
