?ANA test: If this is an ANA test, the titer is low and may not be significant. Gilbert's syndrome is a congenital disorder which is quite benign and rarely a problem. In view of no other liver abnormalities and a nonspecific ? ANA titer, I feel you have nothing to worry about, but you could also consult a hepatologist or rheumatologist if you have further concerns.

Autoimmune disorder: You have an autoimmune process but these tests have to be interpreted in the light of clinical symptoms and findings. You don't mention your symptoms. AMA antibodies are directed primarily to the liver. If I were you I would look for another rheumatolgy practice in order to obtain a much earlier appointment. Try a rheumatology  department at a university hospital near you.
