Positive ama test of 28.1 units all liver tests are normal and ultrasound normal. i also have gilbert syndrome. is this something to worry about?

?ANA test: If this is an ANA test, the titer is low and may not be significant. Gilbert's syndrome is a congenital disorder which is quite benign and rarely a problem. In view of no other liver abnormalities and a nonspecific ? ANA titer, I feel you have nothing to worry about, but you could also consult a hepatologist or rheumatologist if you have further concerns.
