Stop using the mouthwash.  If you have trouble breathing or feel that your throat is closing up, get to the emergency immediately or call 911 to get help to you.

Burning Symptoms: While unfamiliar with these symptoms, you may be correct that this is an allergic response to one of the ingredients in the mouthwash.  However, some std's can be spread by oral sex, which should be of concern.  My best advise is to be sure to visit your ob/gyne as soon as you can for a thorough examination to be sure that you are well and to get a definitive diagnosis and the proper treatment!

Better Safe/Sorry: If you think it may be an allergic reaction, simply do not use it again. It is not worth trying again to find out. You can substitute warm salt water in its place. Be sure to mention this to the dentist who prescribed it for future reference.

Possible: Your description is unlikely "allergies" but could be candidiasis, or even a possible vitamin deficiency.  If it is only sore when using your mouthwash, then discontinue that brand.  I recommend seeing your dentist for a complete exam and consider a multivitamin for now.  Depending on the appearance of your tongue, there may be a simple diagnosis, but I do encourage you to see your dentist soon.

Blood Test: What anomalies show up in your blood test.  Sometimes, there may be influences that enter the mouth via the saliva, etc.  Other items may cause this from what you eat, drink, smoke.

Hard to tell: An irritant reaction may be more likely.  When this type of problem recurs, it is helpful to try removing the possible trigger (mouthwash in this case) to see if it resolves.  Mucosal lesions need to be examined to help differentiate potential causes. Food, drug, cosmetic allergies/insensitivities are possible.  An Allergist can help.
