Need to have it seen: by an eye doctor, who can view it under the slit lamp. You may have a drainage issue, or it may be tender, because it's inflamed, especially if there's a minor blockage (dacryolith), or from infection (dacryocystitis), or if it's not draining properly. This can all be done and evaluated by an eye doctor very easily. Best to have it checked out, and get to the bottom of it! May be something simple.

have heard that all retinal tear does not lead to detachment,if yes,what is the max & min time a tear takes to lead to detachment?

See below: Only the small minority of retinal tears do not lead to retinal detachment. You need to see a retina specialist right away to determine if your retinal tears need treatment. Some tears can lead to detachment (and loss of vision) in a matter of hours.

my college soccer son has torn his quad 3 times since last oct.  same side, diff. areas.  now he has a sport hernia and needs surgery.  what's up with all the tears?mri for quad shows lots of scar tissue.  he used to take prednisone?  i'm grasping.

Options: No need to grasp.  Prednisone may  have predisposed his tissues to injury.  Sounds like he keep re-injuring the same area (therefore causing "lots of scar tissue").  Options include regenerative/stem cell treatments vs. surgery.  Always seek a second opinion or two.  How is the hernia related?  May I assume this is a groin hernia?  Happy to answer more if more info supplied.

Irrigation: You need to generously irrigate this wound, preferably with saline. That will relieve some of the wound sticking to the dressing. You don't state where this burn is located or how large or deep it is, so difficult to give more advice on dressings.

See doctor: Sounds like fissures in the skin which could be caused by scratching if the skin in dry, tearing during intercourse if not enough lubrication, or other dermatology conditions that can occur on the vulva/vaginal area. See doctor for evaluation. Can use A&amp;D cream in the meantime to help soothe the skin if it is painful.

i have had pain on the side of my hip for a year in a half. i was curious if it could be a result of a hip labral tear. all of the pain i am having is constant every minute of every day on the right hip. i have already seen an ortho about it as well?

Eye allergies: You Rx medication like Patanol (olopatadine) or Pataday- I suggest a medical evaluation and prescription.

basic in 3 weeks-mild foot sprain-doc ruled out all fractures and tears. will i be good in 3 weeks? when should i start walking?

4-6 weeks: Midfoot sprains take a bit longer to get over than ankle sprains. As long as  the clinical exam X-rays +- MRI/CT do not show signs of instability .

Best is to wear a stiff shoed shoe that laces up ( to accommodate swelling) . The stiff sole prevent you from putting stress on the healing ligaments. Most people walk 5-10,000 stapes a day.

i have low cervix at 27 wks pregnant w/ 4th. no compliments w/ other 3 deliveries. all unmedicated & no tearing.  would you recommend c-section or vaginal delivery? studies indicate c section is better with prolapse but looking for multiple opinions

Common after child: bearing. Method of delivery now will likely not make a big difference, just carrying the pregnancy is the primary cause.  It can worsen, in the future requiring surgery. At menopause, when hormone levels drop, it can become much worse.
