: I have to say that I've never been a fan of older folks getting benzodiazapines (xanax), chronically or acutely.  The risk/benefit ratio of these meds is NEVER very good and for older folks definitely leans negative.  The symptoms you describe could be from this.  Stopping them is a serious medical decision that requires monitoring.

Vitamin D: 6 month old babies need 400 units a day of vitamin d.  If they are taking about 30 oz a day of formula, then they will get it from that; otherwise supplement.  At 6 months your baby is probably starting solid foods, and another nutrient to consider is iron.  Usually an iron supplement is not needed however; feed iron-fortified infant cereals and pureed meats to ensure adequate iron intake.

Take enough vitamin D3 to keep your blood levels at an optimum of around 60.  Avoid iron supplements which can be harmful.

It depends...: This depends on what your diet is like, exposure to environmental toxins, genetics etc. Vitamins are no substitute for a healthy diet, but I advise a quality multivit,, ideally with natural E (avoid synthetic E) &amp; the 5-MTHF form of folate, (folic acid) without additives like titanium dioxide or polyethylene glycol. Extra Vit D is wise too, depending on how much sun you get, and fish oil if you don't eat fish.

Stage fright?: People who are anxious in front of others (such as giving a speech or other performance-type activity) can forget words or lose their place in a planned talk.  Supplements like theanine may help you calm down some, but working with a psychologist might help you more.  Also, low-dose propanolol (your doctor can prescribe) before your talk may help some of your anxiety symptoms.

a supplement {ie: protamin} must be safe for consumption.  A supplement is classified as a food product.  A supplement is not a drug.  Therefore, a supplement has no proven medical benefit...That's why supplements must show their disclaimer.  I'm not against supplements, but they are not drugs.

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins and better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, cashews, tofu, whole grain pasta, beans, etc...

21-22, very rare, no: Most men stop growing between ages 18-20 though there are rare cases of growing at 21 and very rarely at 22. But the odds of growing after 21 are quite small, as usually the growth plates of the bones have closed. Once the growth plates have closed then HGH can not help to increase height.
