Care to share??: You can eat just about anything you wish.  But watch the crunchy stuff around those newly created holes.  The tissue isn't quite as tough as the rest of your mouth.  Keep the areas clean too. 
My preference is pepperoni and black olives.

Depends: With any surgical procedure there is some level of discomfort or pain.  The unknown variable is how each person perceives and responds to pain and discomfort.  One patient may have four impacted wisdom teeth removed and take nothing stronger than an otc med and never skip a beat, while another patient may have a single erupted tooth removed, require strong pain meds and be in bed for several days.

Ear ache ?: After extractions pain is usually localized at the sites usually pain meds are only needed first 24 - 48 hours.
 Did you explain your symptoms and get a post op check with the dentist / surgeon? They might recommend cold compress or muscle relaxant or a temporary bite appliance also they may have noticed you had restricted TMJ prior to the extractions or that it was a very stressful extraction.

Call: Call the dentist who removed your wisdom tooth to discuss this issue. He\she knows you, what was done, when, your medical and dental history, etc. and can answer this question better, rather than any of us who know nothing about your situation other than one of your wisdom teeth were removed.

Instructions: Before:  Make sure mouth is as healthy as possible.  Brush 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock.  make sure you floss daily.  Reduce the bacterial load.
Arter:  Your Surgeon will have written instructions.  Follow them to the letter.

Depends: It really depends upon how intrusive the surgery is. If the teeth are fully formed and infected, recovery can be prolonged. In general, most people are back to work the next day. Smokers run a higher risk of dry socket, which can form 72 hrs after surgery.

Varies: Healing varies by person and there is no correlation with the difficulty of removal in my experience.  Ovoiding disturbing the blood clot will make them heal faster.

Take it easy: Ice packs to reduce swelling. Antiinflammatories for pain and swelling. Gauze to bite on to stop bleeding. Follow the instructions you will be given.

Soft food: Any soft food that is easy to chew; and does not require lots of chewing to digest; and does not get packed into socket, is recommended. Examples are: yogurt, fruits, omelet (or scrambled egg), smoothie (do not use a straw--just drink), soups, mashed potatoes, soft pasta like mac ; cheese, tofu, etc. You may be given a post-op instruction sheet, which may list the food recommendation.

Depends: That would depend on the complexity of the surgery. If you still have sutures or swelling you may want to hold off a couple more days or until you get the sutures out and get the ok from your surgeon. If the extractions were fairly simple and you had no sutures or anything beyond some mild discomfort after the extractions then you should be ok to do the camp activities. Don't over do it though.
