a week ago i had a large lipoma (120mm) removed. drainaige is light pink and watery. drains avg 150ml a day - no decrease . this normal? how long?

No: What you described is not normal and you should contact the doctor who removed the lipoma.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

had lipoma removed from front rib. now a hard lump is in it's place. i am now 5 days post surgery and still there. normal part of healing?

Likely yes: Your body will fill in the space the lipoma used to be with scar. Over time. As the scar strengthens, there body resorbs some of the scar tissue. This takes several months. The scar will continuously remodel for life, so it will soften over time.

hi i had a lipoma removed yesterday the size of a fist on my rib cage and now my stomach area feels bloated and tender is this normal?

Sweeling : It is common to have sweeling in the area of the surgery. It may cause irritation to other organs in that area including the stomach.
Have your doctor evaluate you to make sure no other reasons are causing it such as medications for example.

Maybe: If the lipomas were in the muscle the answer may be yes. If they were over the muscle but not in them then probably not. See your doctor. There may be something going on.

2 1/2 weeks ago i had large lipoma removed from wrist.  my palm, thumb and 3 fingers have been constantly numb and burning since.  is this normal ?

Median nerve pinched: No your symptoms are not normal. Numbness of the pal thumb and three fingers indicate that the sensory branches of the median nerve are involved.  A visit to your doctor or perhaps having an elector hogan with nerve conduction studies can determine the extent of damage to the nerve.

Some swelling normal: There is always some swelling but if it is really swollen then you should see your surgeon soon an make sure that there is no serious problem.

3 charges: Surgeon, location, anesthesia.  The surgeon is usually the cheapest.  He/she should give u a discount.  Depends on the mass but could be from 150$ to 500$.  Then there is a fee for the surgicenter/office which includes supplies and local anesthesia 400-800$ and finally, if you need sedation, an anesthesiologist 400-800.  In the office, under local anesthesia is the cheapest.

Very unlikely!: There is more than a 99% chance you won't die from having the lipoma removed. This is a small operation just under the skin, and your doctor will likely use a local anesthetic. Why are you having it removed? I would like to say 100% you won't die, but i can't predict everything. Any surgery has risk. (the ceiling could collapse while you're in the office.) but i predict you'll be ok!

what color are lipomas normally, and how small can they be?

Skin color: Usually lipomas are small (sub-cm) to large (several cm) rubbery benign (non-cancerous) fat tumors. They are usually located in the subcutaneous tissue and the color is not "seen". If you have a discolored mass or anything growing on your skin seeing a dermatologist is recommended. Of note some melanomas can be amelanotic (non-black).

Usually Very Little: Depending upon the size and location(superficial v. Next to muscle), lipomas can be removed under local, twilight, or general anesthesia.  Post operatively, there is usually very little pain and no restrictions.
