Maybe: If the lipomas were in the muscle the answer may be yes. If they were over the muscle but not in them then probably not. See your doctor. There may be something going on.

Lipoma: It is not unusual for tightness after surgery over our on muscle fascia. Back lipomas are usually deep and closely associated with the muscle fascia. Tightness after removing them should resolve by 2-3 months if not sooner. If it continues beyond that you should see your surgeon.
