Cyst : Thyroid cyst s are not uncommon but are innocuous and usually do not cause any problems. They are usually small and it is only if they become large that removal may be necessary if they cause pressure problems

Nodule: I am presuming this is of the thyroid gland? 
It sounds like you should be following up with either endocrinology or surgery especially if it is impacting your ability to swallow.

Results depend: on several factors, including your age, size of cyst, and associated symptoms, as well as your medical history.  A complex cyst is a septated cyst.  I recommend you follow up asap with the clinician who ordered tis ultrasound to discuss results and follow-up plan.   Take care!

i have a 1.2cm hypoechoic nodule/leison on left lobe of my liver. i also had hepatitus c and completed treatment. also have cirrhosis & fluid building?

Needs Evaluation: The combination of hepatitis c and cirrhosis puts you at increased risk for development of hepatocellular (liver) carcinoma. The nodule in your liver might be nothing but the only way to be sure is a biopsy. Needle biopsies are usually done as an outpatient procedure under ultrasound or ct guidance.

i have nodules in my thyroid and my t4 is a bit high but tsh is normal. i take medicine now but sometimes i feel weak and i feel a fluid sensation in my neck. should i be worried about these? i will go another doctr?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!
