See a doc: External horehound can be thrombosed or contains clot which hurts a lot. Usually subsides in about two weeks. See a doctor to make sure that is what it is b.

hi.  i have fever with constipation and a hemorrhoid, but am afraid to take advil (ibuprofen) for the fever because it may just keep me constipated.  what to do?

Not to worry: Advil (ibuprofen) may be a bit hard on the tummy, fir which it should be taken after meals and with enough water,  but is not a known cause for constipation, and is generally considered save as a fever reducer.

spouse has what appears to be hemorrhoid.  tried baths, preph, witch hazel, advil, (ibuprofen) high fiber. grossly uncomfortable.  any suggestions?

Anusol: Should try Anusol HC which is a suppository.  It contains steroid which usually results in reduction of the hemorrhoids.  This is combination with high fiber diet and sitz baths will help.  Worst case he will need surgery which is outpatient, but can be very painful.

Yes: you can, and watch for different dayquil(s), at any rate none interacts with advil

Both can cause-: -live damage in excess. There is no real contradiction to drinking while on IBP but they could be additive as 1+1=3. Especially if ETOH is used in excess. If there is liver complications, pancreatitis could also result.

Maximum dose: I would consider 400 mg. Three times daily for a week to be a maximum dose unless closely supervised by a professional.

Depends how much ?: Of you took Advil sinus is  Advil with decongescent and Advil PM is Advil with Benadryl. Usually there is 200 - 400 mg in a pill of Advil . maximum dose of Advil is 800 mg every 8 h ( 3 x  24 hours) . Always take with food . Some decongescent can upset sleep and offsetting with Advil PM not greatest idea but ok short time. Drink plenty of fluids, steam inhalation, nasal saline rinse to help conges
