Your questions may be too complex for the average physician&amp; if you're not satisfied with your current testing,treatment and advice, i recommend consulting an endocrinologist at the department of endocrinology at a university hospital near you. Bring all pertinent records to avoid going through duplicate testing as long as the consultant is in agreement

i am planning to take inderal for anxiety. will it work only against stress hormones or adrenaline,so, it will not cause low blood pressure that fast?

Maybe: B-blockers can be great drugs for the right anxious pt. 
The prescriber should be aware of your personal and family medical history. Certainly lower blood pressure and heart rate can be expected from these drugs so monitoring of vital signs will be a part of your doctor's good treatment. 
The brain and body are connected, so often somatic symptoms of anxiety aren't all that's improved w/ b-blocker

: What you described will not affect the size of you penis. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
