Yes, But...: There was a recent study done  this year, on just this combination.  They found an increase in the following: anxiety, dyspnoea (labored breathing), deep vein thrombosis, vomiting	, pain, dizziness, depression, fatigue, injury, and nausea.  If you must take the motrin, keep the dosage of the Motrin to at, or below 800mg/dose, not to exceed dosing more than every 6 hours.  Talk with your doctor.

My advice would be to stop the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR until you can get back to your doctor to reduce the dose or try another medicine that is less potent (such as Concerta). Possibly: Often times when a tooth is removed the dentist will not suture the gum tissue over the socket.  Food can gather in that socket and create a bad smell. Infection can occur, although rarely, which will also cause a bad smell. You need to see your dentist to make sure you do not have infection. Rinse with warm salt water a few times a day until you get there.

Depends: I am guessing that you have pain of dental root origin and your dentist suggests a root canal  versus  removal of the tooth.  If the tooth is in bad shape, extraction might be in order.  But if the tooth can be saved (unless it is a wisdom tooth), then a root canal which can be done painlessly, will save your tooth which has significant benefits.  Discuss with your dentist.

Take NSAID medicatio: Studies have shown that if you take an NSAID med before oral surgery, post operative pain is minimized. If you can take these meds then i would suggest 800 mg of Ibuprofen about 30 minutes prior to your surgery appointment.
