Speak to Doctor!: Please don't look to the pharmacist or the internet for the answer to your question. You need to discuss this with the doctor who is treating you and prescribed the medication. It is his\her responsibility for your treatment and well-being. Call the office right away and if closed, ask to be called back right away.

Use caution or avoid: The use of these two meds together can increase the risk of having seizures. I might just try using tylenol (acetaminophen) first. If that doesn't work contact your doctor to see if you can try another medication.

6 hours: Ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) is a rather unique analgesic drug that is indicated for moderate to moderately severe pain. The half life is only 4-6 hours. Adderall is working by restoring the balance of neurotransmitters in the brain. 6 hours is a safe margin. If concerned ask your PCP for more information.
