Permanent scar: This is done by creating a permanent indented scar at the desired location of the dimple. Unlike a natural simple it may be present at rest. Yes it can be performed after a face lift.

Weight loss at your age will improve your appearance, but it is a result of the remaining elasticity in your skin compensating for the process.  As aging continues, weight loss can actually worsen facial appearance and support, leaving you with sagging.  Like a balloon slowing losing air.
