i have what feels like lumps just under my skin located between my ribcage and pelvis on the left hand side. it is not sore just wierd?

Lumps: Benign fatty growths called lipomas can present like this. Since there is no discoloration or tenderness, inflammation or infection are not present. A physician or dermatologist would have to examine these lumps in order to make a diagnosis.

See your doctor!: If you are referring to the spleen area, it's important that you get evaluated by your PCP so they can do a thorough abdominal examination, and get more medical, social, travel, trauma, sexual history from you to determine what is swelling and why it's swelling.This may involve lab testing&amp; imaging too. So, don't delay. If it's still painful over this area, it won't get better faster w/o med care.

Pinched nerve: Radial nerve wraps around humerus under deltoid. Will need further evaluation.

Pain: Left sided CVA pain can be from infection of kidney or kidney stone. Splenic problem or some type of lower chest infection such as pneumonia or pulmonary  embolus.

You need: a "hands on" examination...the aching can be a simple strain/sprain...a hernia...a pinched nerve in your lumbar spine.. Advise a complete evaluation!]

Likely yes: The incisions still have to go through muscles, which react by becoming inflamed.  It takes a while for the inflammation to resolve.  Repeated use of an inflamed muscle makes the inflammation last longer.

i have been experiencing a sharp like ache/pain in the left hand side of my waist.the pain has happened in the past but it usually comes randomly (like when i bend over) and disappears.this time it has been persistent for about 2 days.should i worry?

Left sided ache: Could be gas-try simethicone or  constipation -could try prune juice or  milk of magnesia  . Could be  ovary(cyst/ovulation),   tube infection, rarely  I have seen  ureoplasma vaginitis with pain ,or  rarely ectopic pregnancy Diverticulitis an outpouching in the colon is unlikely in a 25 year old .  Since it has been there 2 days would follow up with  MD as may need antibiotics or imaging

LUQ: Vague mild sensations in the left upper abdomen may be from irritable abdominal.muscles or superficial abdominal nerves or peristaltic intestinal movement or even gas bubbles in the splenic flexure of the colon. All of these are usually not serious. Worrisome symptoms would be pain, tenderness, bowel disturbances,blood in stool in which case you'll see a physician for evaluation.

i have a pain in a tooth on my left hand side. the tooth is broken and the filling that's there is sore. what should i do ?

See a dentist: You should schedule a visit with a dentist as soon as possible to see if the tooth can be restored or if it needs some other treatment in order to save it.  The longer you wait, the less chance you have of saving that tooth and the more money you will end up spending for treatment to repair or replace that tooth.
