I have been experiencing a sharp like ache/pain in the left hand side of my waist.the pain has happened in the past but it usually comes randomly (like when i bend over) and disappears.this time it has been persistent for about 2 days.should i worry?

Left sided ache: Could be gas-try simethicone or constipation -could try prune juice or milk of magnesia . Could be ovary(cyst/ovulation), tube infection, rarely I have seen ureoplasma vaginitis with pain ,or rarely ectopic pregnancy Diverticulitis an outpouching in the colon is unlikely in a 25 year old . Since it has been there 2 days would follow up with MD as may need antibiotics or imaging
