i have accidently been taking a double dose of levothyroxine for 2 weeks or more. i normally have 100mg but have been taking 200mg. i am worried.

You'll be ok: I would think you would be feeling the double dose:  palpitations, nervous, tremor, irritable.  I would recommend that you stop entirely for 2 days and then start back on the correct dose.  If you are in otherwise good health, the temporary high dose will not have long term effects.

Don't worry: You can skip a day or just continue to take them normally- it really doesn't matter.  T4 lasts 4-6 weeks in your body, so there's no danger or problems like overdosage or toxicity. You won't even notice - no symptoms. Just relax and enjoy life with a normal thyroid level.

Levothyroxine: No it won't hurt you but if this happens again, miss taking levothyroxine the day after you have taken too much.

Yes, OK: Thyroid levels change very slowly over days and weeks.  Taking one extra dosage (or missing one dosage once in a while) will not change your level by any significant amount.

Thyroid problem: Perhaps you have other problems beside the thyroid problem.  Have you discussed the breathing problem, hearing loss and wheezing with your doctor?  These symptoms may be different than those of low thyroid problems.  Get a recheck up with your doctor.

No: They have very long half life and take a while to kick in. Just resume your normal routine.

my tsh is 7.14, i'm taking 0,25 mcg of levothyroxine sodium, should i double the dose up and take two tablets?

: You should speak with your doctor first. It will depend on a number of factors, including how long you have been on your current dose, what your TSH was before, the level of your T4, etc. So, you really need to review these lab results with the doctor who is prescribing your thyroid medicine.
