Growth in Anus: I am not sure how or what you are asking. It is rare to have a tumor in the anus or rectum, but it is not impossible. There are rectal cancers, skin cancers, and colon cancer.
Hemorrhoids are blood clots in the veins in the anus. They are very common. Some burst and bleed. Many of them cause pain.

Abscess is a collection of pus surrounding infected tissue. It can be painful and deadly.

Old blood?: This could be old blood coagulated. Is it tender? Redness surrounding? Could also be some scar tissue as part of healing process.

Perianal fistula?: I would worry about an underlying perianal fistula, especially for recurrence near the anus and perhaps also the groin. A fistula is a defect in the rectum burrowing toward the skin. If so, more extensive surgery may be required to remove it.  You also may need evaluation for underlying problems like inflammatory bowel disease. Ask your doctor about it.

We could speculate..: ...re: fissures, fistula, abscess, skin eruptions, etc. But the only way to know for sure is to have your local doctor examine your baby. Get him/her checked please so appropriate treatment or intervention can be offered without further delay.

Avoid constipation: It is very important to avoid constipation by taking a mild laxitive. Try to do sitz baths 2-3 times daily, one after your bowel movement is very important. Seeing blood when you wipe yourself should not scare you, this will stop in a week or two.

CT scan sufficient: MRI scans can be quite expensive. A CT scan with PO/rectal contrast and IV contrast should be more than adequate to differentiate between a perianal and a gluteal abscess.
