Old blood?: This could be old blood coagulated. Is it tender? Redness surrounding? Could also be some scar tissue as part of healing process.

So, when I prolapse my anus, I can see dots on my anus. They are not in a form of lump or bump, neither causes discharge or anything. But are they perianal abscess? If dot is a hole, still it can be an perianal abscess?
