Dad just asked too!: We could speculate about fissures, fistula, abscess, skin eruptions, etc. But the only way to know for sure is to have your local doctor examine you. Get checked please so appropriate treatment or intervention can be offered without further delay.

Lump near anus: There are many possibilities. You need to take your baby in for a doctors examination to determine the diagnosis, Then a treatment plan can be made.
