Growth in Anus: I am not sure how or what you are asking. It is rare to have a tumor in the anus or rectum, but it is not impossible. There are rectal cancers, skin cancers, and colon cancer. Hemorrhoids are blood clots in the veins in the anus. They are very common. Some burst and bleed. Many of them cause pain. Abscess is a collection of pus surrounding infected tissue. It can be painful and deadly.
