Abscess on appendix: They would have to remove appendix  ( sometimes they first give antibiotics to cool down the infection  or drain before surgery as to avoid sepsis)  and send it to pathology .Once the infection is controlled they may want to do a colonoscopy as well and check for polyps. .But also consider Crohns disease or ulcerative colitis.

Crohn's: Findings are classic for granulomatous colitis or Crohn's disease.  The other inflammatory bowel disease is ulcerative colitis, however there usually is not crypt abscesses nor ileum (small bowel) involved  I believe you have a serious inflammatory bowel disease, which  is a chronic, lifelong disorder and must be followed by a knowledgeable, experienced gastroenterologist.

Hereditary cancer: I am sorry for your condition. Stage 2a- is curable. I wish you the best for your therapy etc. If the cancer occurs at a very young age- like 29-in this case-a possibility of  genetic mutation/hereditary cancer syndrome should be evaluated.

Not sure...: If i understand your question. Colon cancer perforated at age 29 would be extremely rare. Ask your surgeon if there were clear margins & enough lymph nodes removed (12 or more removed is best). Review your treatment options with a medical oncologist. Perforated colon cancers can have higher risk factors for recurrence.

Not colon: You may have an anal or perirectal irritation from shaving this area.I suggest warm baths 3 times daily and gentle application of triple antibiotic ointment applied with a qtip. If symtoms do resolve within 5 days see your private medical doctor.

colonoscopy could not be completed  as my colon is thickened  and  has severe angulation in the sigmoid colon due to a previous abcess.what next?

Try having the : Colonoscopy performed while an anesthesiologist gives you deep sedation or general anesthesia. This may facilitate passing the angulated area.
